Practice Fees
£10 for non-members.
Cotswolds members free.

Timetable
SATURDAY
Gates open at 9am-5pm. After 5pm you will need to wait until the gate is closed behind you before you drive off. Also you won't be able to get back in until Sunday morning.
6 rounds of practice in heats, from 11am till 6pm.
Practice heats are 5m.
SUNDAY
Gates open 7.15am-8am. You will need to arrive between these times. After 8am if you leabe you will need to wait until the gate is closed behind you before you drive off. Also you won't be able to get back in
Restricted practice from 7.30am to 8am only for those not present Saturday.
Timed practice from 8am to 9am in 4-minute heats.
Drivers briefing at 9.10am
First heat at 9.30am
Meeting finish around 5pm
4 rounds of round-by-round qualifying (best 2 rounds to count).
2 rounds of finals.
TYRE MARKING
Tyre marking will be done on Sunday during Qualifying. So no need to get your Tyres sorted before we start racing.
Please write your BRCA number on the face of each wheel before racing.
MARSHALLING
For Marshalling you MUST provide your own hi-viz jacket which is a requirement.
Facilities
Power is available - please use correct plug sockets and follow instructions.
Friday Camping
The gate will open until 5pm for those wishing to camp, you will not be able to access the venue if you arrive after this time. Once the gate is closed if you leave the site you won't be able to return until the Saturday morning.

FOOD
There will be food available at the AV8 on Saturday along with tea and coffee and some snacks trackside. Update:- Sunday now has MadMuch Pizza for catering.
