Saturday Timetable
Gates open at 9am. please follow gate protocol. Airport gates will be open all day Saturday
Fees are £30 for non-members, Saturday & Sunday
Sunday only non member £20
Members £20 Saturday & Sunday.

Open practice from 9:00 - 10:45
6 rounds of practice in heats, from 11am
Heats will be 5 Minutes and 1m30s gap.
Computer will be set to auto, so please be ready.
Sunday Timetable
Gates open 7.15am - 8:00am only. Restricted access on Sunday only, please arrive between these times otherwise the gate will be closed for non-members.
Please follow gate protocol.
Restricted practice from 8:00am to 8:30am only for those not present Saturday.
Timed practice from 8:30am to 9:30am in 4-minute heats.
Drivers briefing at 9.45am
First heat at 10:00am
Meeting finish around 5pm
4 rounds of round-by-round qualifying (best 2 rounds to count).
2 rounds of finals.
Computer will be set to auto please be prepared!

TECH & TYRE MARKING
This is a fun event, so we have no tech. However, two sets of 2024 BRCA spec tyre and spider red additive only to be used. As general following the BRCA national rules.
MARSHALLING
For Marshalling you MUST provide your own hi-viz jacket which is a requirement.
CAMPING
Camping will be available Saturday Evening please pre book via the website!
CATERING
Food will be available Saturday only at the airfield restaurant AV8 a small walk from the track.
PITTING
Pitting is undercover and on the grass adjacent to the fence power is supplied for both areas. Please bring your own gazebos and make sure they are securely tied down.
The top Table in undercover pitting is reserved for guests and committee members
Power will be supplied no kettles or heaters only power supplies for charging
