Above everything the DCMCC commitee want all competitors to enjoy racing with us - please let us know if something has not allowed this.
Site rules
Smoking / Vaping is not allowed within the school grounds, there is a smoking area just outside of the school gates - please dispose of cigarette ends / vape bottles responsibly
All batteries MUST be charged in a LIPO safe bag / box - failure to do this will result in disqualification from the event - no second chances - we cannot risk damage to competitors or the site
Please take care when moving around the buil;ding, taking care when crossing the track / cable runs / pitting area
All rubbish must be taken home with you
ALL competitors must be BRCA members, if you are a new starter you are allowed to race 3 events before buying a membership. Pit assistans / none racers that want to assit with marshaling MUST have a none racing membership - ask a commitee member for details
Be kind to our neighbours, we race withing a residential area, please act accordingly when arriving / leaving the site
Seeded Practice
Your best consecutive 3 laps will seed you for qualifying - seeding will take place EVERY round of the series.
Qualifying
Round by round qualifying your best two scores will count towards your final placing.
YOU ARE RACING THE CLOCK, driving ettiquette will be monitored, you are expected to move over for faster cars - please do not stoip your car on the straight but take a wide line in a corner to allow other to pass
If you miss your numbered starting position please wait until the last car has gone and dtart your race, your time doers not start until you pass the loop
Finals
You are now racing each other, you are allowed to drive defensively but please use common sense and do not impede lapping cars, or cars that are significantly faster than you
Marshaling
You are expected to marshal the race directly after yours, please pout your cars on the table provided and do not return to the pits.
Please marshal the way you would expect to be marshaled
Hi-Viz must be worn while marshaling - this is a BRCA guideline
