Timetable
Gates open at 8.00am.
Track is available for 90 minutes open practice.
Club race meeting will begin at 9.30.
Facilities
Power will be available. £2.50 per person, payable via Paypal or at the track shop.
Meeting Format
One round of 3min practice, which will be used to seed the following 4 rounds of 5min qualifying, round by round, best two to count. Then one round of 5min finals.
Marshalling
Racers are required to marshall the race immediately following their race. Where marshalling is not suitable for junior racers, the marshalling duties should be covered by their parent/responsible person.
If anyone is not able to marshall due to health reasons, it is expected that they attempt to find cover themselves from others. Only if this is not possible, then advise race control, who will arrange cover for the duration of the meeting.
BRCA regulations require that all marhshalls wear a Hi-Viz vest. They are not provided by the club and all racers should have their own.
Cars and transmitters should not NOT be taken back to the pits, they should be placed on table (if available) next to rostrom and proceed to marhsall points as quickly as possible.
