Heats
Ignore any published heats before 1pm on raceday.
Heat shown before 1pm is to just show who is booked in, if you can not see uyour name go and book in before 12 Noon on Race day.
The correct heats will be published after 1pm on raceday.
Facilities & Must do rules
We provide Table & Chairs but please ensure you place a covering on them before placing any of your kit on them-
Also at the end of the night, or when you leave please stack them quitely away on the trolleys
We also provide Power cables but please ensure you wrap them up at the end of the night and drop them in the plastic box..
We have a simple rule for members and non members we as a club expect all racers to help clear away at the end of the night THANKS.
Marshalling our simple rule of thumb is you race you marshal if you fail to marshal you forfeit your next heat/final.
If you are unable to Marshal YOU must find a stand in Marshal who must be a BRCA Member, also inform Race Contral.
Timetable
Door Opens at 5pm to those people who help set up.
Practice in heat order starts at 5.45 @ 4min.
If your not willing to help set up please stay outside until 5.40pm.
Remember its your club so you are expected to help set either at the beginning or at the end.
Please assit clearing away at the end of the night.
Remember you have raced on the track it is only fare you help at the end so we can vacate the hall by 22.00hrs.

Membership
Your 2026 membership is now due.
Those not renewing by the end of January will be charged no members fee of £10.50 indoors £12.50 outdoors.
