First heat off the line 9:30am sharp.
Arrive no later than 9:00am to be ready and help with facility setup.
3 qualifying heats (staggered start) and 2 finals (gridded start). All 5 minutes long.
Best of two qualifiing rounds decides your position in the finals.
Each of the two finals counts towards championship points for club members. All 5 minutes long.
Maximum points for one round is 200 (100 for each final).
