Facilities & Must do rules
We provide Table & Chairs but please ensure you place a covering on them before placing any of your kit on them-
Also at the end of the night, our when you leave please stack them quitely away on the trolleys
We also provide Power cables but please ensure you wrap them up at the end of the night and drop them in the plastic box..
We have a simple rule for members and non members we as a club expect all racers to help clear away at the end of the night THANKS.
Marshalling our simple rule of thumb is you race you marshal if you fail to marshal you forfeit your next heat/final.
The school allows us in around 4.45 which gives us time at the start of the night to have a practice, you can practice before if you have assisted to assemble everything if not the track is closed to people who have not assisted until 6pm who have not assisted.
Timetable
Doors Open 5pm ish.
-Track is normall open for Practice as soon as track is layed so if you want more time please assist with setting up.
Don't just stand their watching..
18:15: Qualifying:
- 3 rounds,
15m round gap
- 2m20s race gap
15m break
20:52: Finals:
- 1 rounds
21:30: Racing Finishes
Please assit clearing away at the end of the night.
Remember you have raced on the track it is only fare you help at the end so we can vacate the hall by 22.00hrs.
